While there’s no doubt that all of this is incredibly important. It’s crucial that you don’t forget about the customers that you already have. You need to make sure that you’re taking care of your existing customers as well as any newcomers. You need to have a customer service team who are able to help them with any issues that they might have and let them know that they are valuable to your business. New customers might be important, but you should never neglect the ones that you already have.
