Jobseekers are taking more time to getting hired, the frustrations of the lengthy interview process are rising, employers are more choosy and the interview preparations are never enough!

Though not all is bad about the new age interview process there’s no doubt the preferences of employers and hiring managers has seen a shift toward a candidate who is able to present him/her as a valuable team-player, having great communications skills and can work independently exhibiting leadership skills. And adding to that, as Google puts it “Authenticity. Creativity. Metrics.”
